In 2007 Tyler and Michele met while working at one of Arizona's premier residential construction framing companies. Professionally, both Tyler and Michele had extensive background in the real estate and construction industry form different perspectives. Although, professionally Tyler and Michele walked two very different paths that felt parallel in their separation, personally it was pure magic. It wasn't long before Tyler and Michele began building their life together. Over the years they grew together while building their family and business together.

MICHELE DOTY-BARDWELL Michele studied contract, tort, criminal, and civil law at Concord Law School and she holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management and Marketing with certification in Human Resources.
Prior to Michele’s Real Estate Investing ventures, she gained experience in residential land development, worked as a corporate contract and risk manager with over 20 years of successful leadership in a broad range of contract review and negotiation, risk management, marketing oversight, and operational management roles with demonstrated skills in global compliance, operations, corporate contract management, health and safety planning, risk analysis and reporting, insurance review and negotiations, business development and marketing, specializing in global compliance, investor relations, legal and risk management, organizational restructuring, and project management and procurement. Michele has over 20 years of previous work experience in heavy civil infrastructure, commercial and residential construction and real estate including over 10 years in the renewable energy sector, where she gained a deep understanding of all aspects of risk management, due diligence analysis, project development, contractual and legal compliance, construction management, operations, maintenance, and exits. Michele has experience working in various facets of the construction legal setting, having worked for several commercial and residential firms where she gained a deep understanding of the contractual and legal aspects of managing and mitigating risk factors in complex environments while increasing internal productivity and revenue.
Michele previously worked as the Senior Analyst and operations and risk manger for the largest private equity firm that invests, manages and operates renewable energy in the world. Michele had the opportunity to work on various types of renewables during her tenure with the firm. Michele worked on the renewable projects from due diligence through the construction build out until full operations tendering her knowledge in risk management, renewable operations and insurance. While at the private equity firm some of the investments she worked on are highlighted below:
Wind Full management and operational oversight of all US wind facilities. Key member of the Insurance, compliance, and asset risk management team throughout the development, construction, and the operational manager over two Texas wind farms totaling 450MW. Michele also reviewed and consulted on wind projects in various region of the United Kingdom.
Solar Managed the insurance, compliance, and asset risk management during construction and throughout commercial operations for an US Solar Energy Fund portfolio worth USD 280 million with over 80MW of distributed solar PV assets and served as a the lead member of the transition services team during the portfolio sales exit and transition.
Biomass Key negotiator on insurance placement and asset risk management on two operational biomass plants located in (northern NSW), Australia with a total capacity of 68MW fueled by sugarcane bagasse.
Michele previously held the role of Contract Administrator and Risk Manager for a U.S. based industrial renewables construction firm that focused on renewable energy and large-scale commercial and civil infrastructure with active projects throughout the greater southwest region. In this role Michele was responsible for all aspects of corporate contract management, including contract review and negotiations, legal and regulatory compliance, safety and risk analysis and planning where she successfully lowered the safety EMOD rating with a renewed corporate wide safety plan and health and safety initiative and extensive training and safety incentive programs. During this time Michele also led the due diligence process for prequalification and risk analysis of subcontractors and improved the document management system by implementing standard standardized coding and filing systems at a corporate level. Michele provided continuing leadership through safety training and onsite safety and risk analysis and training. Michele also streamlined the contract and prequalification process across the company by mitigating risk through the use of prequalification standards and the implementation of standardized Master Agreements and Professional Services Agreements in conjunction with annual prequalification reviews of all preferred contractors. Michele also created a new business development and marketing strategy and initiated a rebranding of the company increasing visual and marketing awareness strategies that substantially increased the profitability and maximize operational excellence.

Previously, Michele held the role of Contract Manager and Lead Assistant Project Manager in Land Development and Acquisitions for the number one residential home builder in the U.S. during one of the largest rapid growth periods in the housing industry as a leading provider of contractual and compliance management services supporting five regional office divisions in the southwest. Michele helped prepare due diligence reports and risk analysis for potential land acquisition and land development for new projects submittals to the corporate board for funding approval. Michele was also the lead coordinator and training facilitator in developing and executing Master Subcontract Agreements and subcontracting accounting and business strategy programs and workshops that ultimately resulted in the company achieving revenue growth in excess of their annual projections.. Michele successfully negotiated and closed more Master Agreements then all of the remaining divisions combined and was the only contract manager to negotiate legal terms. Michele was also called into surrounding divisions to close especially difficult negotiations that had stalled for major contractors and vendors and had a 100% success rate on closing contracts she negotiated. Michele was also required to meet with several municipal and political figures on a regular basis to work through zoning and Master Planning issues, and she even assisted with the drafting and implementation of the zoning and public ordinances prepared for the Town of Benson which required her to conduct several town hall meetings with local residents as well as prepare presentations for town/city council meetings and open meetings representing the home builders and building strong community and political relationships.

Previously, Michele held the role of Contract Administrator for a leading heavy civil, industrial engineering, infrastructure, energy, and environmental construction firm offering diversified prequalification, contract management, risk and marketing analysis and reporting services to federal, state, municipal, and local government agencies throughout the United States. In this role Michele was responsible for all contracts internal and external, compliance reporting, project forecasting, submittals, pay application review, and MBE compliance activities for the company and its subsidiaries, during which she successfully improved the timeliness and accuracy of the company’s contractual reporting, implemented new document management systems and processes to maximize internal controls, and substantially reduced costs by establishing corporate standards for the contract management team. Michele also initiated an internal apprenticeship and training program overseeing four trades and, coordinating and conducting monthly training sessions to improve the internal workforce while achieving substantial contingency savings initiatives. Michele was also on the corporate business development and advisory board and assisted in launching a new corporate branding and national marketing campaign.
Other relevant experience prior to Real Estate Investing: Over 15 years of prior work experience in the infrastructure sector including over 7 years in utility-scale renewable energy and industrial power, including contract negotiations, planning and development, engineering, construction, operations, maintenance, and acquisitions/divestments.

RYANNE DOTY Ryanne Doty began her career with extensive volunteer work while learning to become quite an accomplished public speaker, social media expert, which has helped her to master the art of public relations among various types of people from all walks of life. She has volunteered for such charities as Red Cross, Feed My Starving Children, the Gilbert Fire and Rescue Department, annually at the Pat Tillman run, Ironman events, as well as been a wrangler that provided private horseback tours of the northern region of Texas. Ryanne was previously a competitive gymnast as well as an accomplished martial artist specializing in self defense, and she often volunteered as as assistance instructor at the local dojos as well as special offsite self defense classes. Ryanne truly enjoys teaching others and is continuing that journey as she is a pursues her career in the medical field in the biomedical program at Arizona State University.
